Dunbar Hall Room Reservations
Reserve Dunbar Hall's seminar rooms for Western Michigan University students, faculty, and staff.
Please review room details, choose a suitable room, and submit requests at least 48 hours in advance of when you need the space.
Please note that reservations made during campus closures or over weekends or holidays may receive a delayed response.
*Note: If you need to reserve a space other than the seminar rooms listed below, please submit your request through WMU 25Live software, which the WMU Registrar's Office manages.
Seminar Rooms
Seminar rooms can seat between 10 and 12 people. Amenities include table, chairs, whiteboard and Crestron control units.
Seminar room 1501 is set up for HyFlex.
Conference Rooms
Conference rooms (Rooms 425, 433 and 3501) are first-come-first-served and can seat between 4 and 6 people. Amenities include table, chairs and whiteboard.
Study Rooms
Study rooms (Rooms 1402, 2210, 2212, 3436 and 4436) are first-come-first-served.
Wellness Rooms
Wellness Rooms (Rooms 1404 and 2501) are first-come-first-served. Amenities include comfortable seating, lamp, end table and lockable doors.
