WMU Study Abroad Fee Structure

Commitment Fee 

Definition: The non-refundable portion of the total billable program cost. Not a separate or additional fee.

  • Note: Students who withdraw from a study abroad program after “committing” to the program in Broncos Abroad must pay the respective commitment fee and any non-recoverable expenses associated with their program.

*WMU students may not earn more than 8 credits per semester in a virtual program at a non-exchange partner.
