WMU employees with BCBS PPO plan insurance visiting Sindecuse and similarly-designated community health centers will not have deductibles or co-insurance applied toward physical therapy.  Details here.

The Western Michigan University Sports Medicine Clinic at Sindecuse Health Center provides comprehensive evaluation and treatment of musculoskeletal injuries, repetitive trauma, pain and dysfunction.

Our goal is to safely return an individual to activity as soon as possible. The WMU Sports Medicine Clinic is staffed by certified sports medicine physicians, orthopedic surgeons, a podiatrist, licensed athletic trainers and licensed physical therapists.

Services we provide:

  • Sports physician evaluation
  • Physical therapy
  • Athletic training
  • Massage therapy

The clinic is open to all WMU students, faculty, staff and dependents, as well as community members from southwest Michigan. You don't need to be an athlete or a member of an organized sports team to benefit from treatment. Sports medicine is the approach we take to help everybody heal better faster.
