We are pleased to offer on-site chair massage for WMU faculty and staff. If you are a WMU benefits-eligible employee, your insurance benefits may cover the already reasonable cost. You will be able to relax and rejuvenate in the convenience of your own office or conference room, with your choice of a 15- or 30-minute session.

When you decide to schedule an appointment, why not ask a few others if they would like to do the same? Our licensed massage therapists will be glad to accommodate your friends and colleagues just before or after your scheduled time. Call (269) 387-3248 to schedule these events.

Billing

The patient is responsible for understanding the details of their plan's requirements for coverage (i.e. prescription, coinsurance and deductible requirements, number of visits allowed, etc.). We will collect payment when you check in for your appointment and then submit a receipt to your insurance company. If the insurance company approves the claim, they will mail you a check to reimburse you for the payment made, minus any coinsurance owed.  Insurance companies have strict guidelines for when they will and will not cover a massage.
