What you’ll learn

The food marketing curriculum covers marketing fundamentals alongside coursework specific to the food industry, including retail strategy, consumer insights, category management and supply chain operations. You’ll develop analytical, communication and strategic thinking skills through real-world projects, industry certifications and networking opportunities woven into the program. 

The program's internship requirement ensures every student graduates with hands-on professional experience—100% of food marketing graduates complete at least one internship before finishing their degree.
