Residence Hall and Dining Advantage
The Residence Hall and Dining Advantage program, in effect from fall 2007 through spring 2014, freezes student room and board rates for up to four consecutive years. For eligible students, the room and board rates are locked in the first year upon signing a housing contract.
WMU students who lived in traditional residence halls during the eligible period can determine their locked in rates on the Advantage rate sheets. The last class to receive Advantage benefits are students who signed a housing and dining contract for fall 2013.
