Complete the PeopleSoft information access authorization form (below) to gain access to Western Michigan University's PeopleSoft HR electronic workflow system, Manager Self-Service, Budget and HR reporting.
Use this form to access the following types of data:
- Budget: pay earnings, reporting, and entry spreadsheet.
- Electronic workflow: initiator and approver.
- Grants: reporting.
- Human Resources: management data report, Kronos timekeeper report and report manager reports.
- Manager Self Service: initiator and approver.
