What We Do
We’re here to help you succeed at Western—from your first day to graduation. Multicultural Affairs for Students supports you through key transitions, connects you to resources and opportunities, and helps you stay on track so you can thrive, persist, and graduate with confidence.
Build the academic and personal confidence you need to succeed in your college journey.
We meet you where you are and help you move forward. Our trained staff offer one-on-one coaching to support your well-being, build real-life skills, and help you stay on track. Through programs like Passport to Success and our strengths-based Success Plan, you’ll set goals that actually matter to you, track your progress, get rewarded for staying engaged, and find opportunities to connect, grow, and belong—on campus and beyond.
Getting involved makes your college experience even better. We meet you where you already are—so it’s easy to show up, connect, and feel part of the community.

We’re preparing you for life after Western—confident, capable, and ready to lead. Through hands-on workshops, leadership development, and real-world challenges, you’ll build the skills employers look for but don’t always teach—like communication, problem-solving, collaboration, and self-advocacy.
