Although many attendees of the International Congress on Medieval Studies stay on the campus of Western Michigan University, others choose to stay in local hotels. When phoning hotels to make a reservation, you must state that you are attending the International Congress on Medieval Studies in order to be eligible for the conference rate. Room rates do not include 11% state and local taxes. Smoking is prohibited in hotels with inside corridors in the state of Michigan.
