Capital Projects involve planning, design and construction by professional teams working with a variety of WMU stakeholder groups. These projects can have a focus on academic or residence life facilities, as well as campus infrastructure. Each capital project must reflect the University's strategic goals and objectives.
Capital projects are investments in Western Michigan University's future, and are therefore planned and executed with care.
Included are capital projects that are either in development or have been recently completed by WMU's Planning, Space Management and Capital Projects Division.
Attend the South Neighborhood Projects public forums on November 29th at 4 pm & 6 pm (Bernhard Center Room 105-107). We hope to see you then!
