Louwina Petersen, a retired Western Michigan University custodian, died April 26. She was 86.
Petersen, of Kalamazoo, joined WMU custodial and support services in 1978 and retired in 1988 after 10 years of service to the University.
Services were held April 30, with burial at Riverside Cemetery in Kalamazoo. Memorial donations may be given to the Kalamazoo Gospel Mission or the Borgess Heart Center for Excellence.
