Bronco Express
Bronco Express is your first stop for financial aid and billing questions. Bronco Express is a response to student requests for one, convenient, year-round spot to take care of everyday University business. We will assist students with transactions and questions related to financial aid, making payments, their student accounts and general registration information.
Drop box
Bronco Express has a drop box available for the submission of documents and check or money order payments (no cash payments). The drop box is located outside of our office in the Bernhard Center, by the elevator.
Refunds
The fastest way to get your refund is by signing up for electronic refunds. It’s easy to sign up online at GoWMU and this flyer will tell you exactly how to do it. If you have questions, call Bronco Express at (269) 387-6000.
Hours
Open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. Wednesdays 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Location
We are located on the lower level of the Bernhard Center in room G09, next to the elevator. You can find campus maps here to locate the Bernhard Center.
Services
With no appointment needed, Bronco Express is a location where students can:
- Apply for financial aid or pick up the appropriate forms
- Check financial aid status
- Check account balances and get clarification on charges
- Make payments on accounts
A VALID WMU ID will be required for ALL transactions.
WMU New Students
Finding your WIN
Please visit your GoWMU Portal at https://gowmu.wmich.edu/
- Log in with your Bronco Net ID and temporary password (found on your admissions letter)
- Click on the Student Home Tab
- A student's WIN (Western Identification Number) is found on the 'User Information Lookup'.
Adding Authorized Users
Students can add individuals as an Authorized User to view billing, financial aid and academic information. This will also allow the Authorized User to speak with our Financial Aid and Bronco Express Team concerning billing and financial aid information.
- To add an Authorized User to your account:
- Log on to the GoWMU Portal
- Click "Student Home" tab.
- Click "Payment and Account Information".
- Click on the 'Authorized User' tab.
- Please provide the new user's email address and answer the appropriate yes/no questions.
