Located on the main floor lobby of the Bernhard Center, the new student service center will significantly change and improve the way Western Michigan University students receive some key services. Bronco Express is a response to student requests for one, convenient, year-round spot to take care of everyday University business. A five-person Bronco Express staff will assist students with transactions and questions related to registration, financial aid, making payments and their student accounts.
Open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. Wednesdays 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
We are located on the 1st floor of the Bernhard Center, across from the Bernhard Cafeteria.
With no appointment needed, Bronco Express is a location where students can:
During busy periods if there are students waiting to see a Bronco Express team member, pagers will be issued so that rather than wait in line, students can visit the cafeteria or Bronco Mall, shop for books and supplies or stake out a comfortable place in the Bernhard Center lounge to study.
