Work-study cancellations begin Feb. 24 - Spring work-study recipients must have earnings charged to their spring work-study awards by Tuesday, Feb. 23, or those awards will be canceled. If a student has been hired, but will not be paid through work-study until after this date, the student and the employer must notify the financial aid office by e-mailing on or before the Feb. 23 deadline. E-mails received after Feb. 23 may not be considered and once an award has been canceled it may not be reinstated.

IRS Form 1098-T will be available by January 31, 2016. They will be mailed to each student’s permanent address, and will also be available online at To login, click “Access My Record” on the left and either login with your Social Security Number or Student ID Number (WIN). First time users will not need a password. Questions and answers pertaining to the 1098-T can be found on the Accounts Receivable Website.

You can get free help with your FAFSA at College Goal Sunday. Volunteers from our office will be on hand to answer any questions you have before you apply for financial aid. This event is open to everyone!


Bronco Express is your first stop for financial aid and billing questions. Bronco Express is a response to student requests for one, convenient, year-round spot to take care of everyday University business. We assist students with transactions and questions related to financial aid, making payments, student accounts and general registration information.

With no appointment needed, Bronco Express is a location where students can:

  • Apply for financial aid or pick up appropriate forms.
  • Check financial aid status.
  • Check account balances and receive clarification on charges.
  • Make payments on accounts.

A valid Bronco Card will be required for all transactions.
