Boys Like Girls rocks Western-Central weekend

KALAMAZOO--Pop-punk band Boys Like Girls will perform at Western Michigan University's Miller Auditorium Friday, Oct. 16, with special guests The Maine, A Rocket to the Moon and VersaEmerge.

The concert will begin at 6:30 p.m., kicking off this year's popular Western-Central weekend. Longtime football rivals, the two schools will battle it out at 3:30 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 17, at WMU's Waldo Stadium. For tickets, visit wmubroncos.com or call (888) 4-WMU-TIX.

Tickets for Boys Like Girls are on sale now to the general public and range from $17 to $25. They are available by calling (269) 387-2300 or (800) 228-9858, online at millerauditorium.com, or by visiting the Miller Auditorium Ticket Office. Student tickets are $10 to $15, and can be purchased in person at the Miller Auditorium Ticket Office with a valid student ID.

Boys Like Girls at Miller Auditorium is presented by Op. The concert has been coordinated by the Campus Activities Board, a registered student organization that brings big names to WMU students for a small price.
