WMU Home > About WMU > WMU News CAB wins award for programmingMarch 26, 2008 KALAMAZOO--The Western Michigan University Campus Activities Board, a student board that provides the University community with a diverse array of entertainment activities, has won a national award for its programming. Campus Activities Magazine has selected CAB as Campus Programming Board of the year for 2007. The award is part of the magazine's Readers Choice Awards. Winners were nominated by their peers, as well as agents and artists in the college market. The organization was chosen from among 4,500 schools that subscribe to the magazine through the open nomination process and was selected among the top five finalists. CAB was notified recently that it had been voted the winner. As recipient of the award, CAB has an article and picture printed in the March issue of Campus Activities Magazine.
