Business seminar addresses content analysis

KALAMAZOO--The Haworth College of Business at Western Michigan University continues its Faculty Enhancement Seminar Series on Friday, Jan. 25, with sessions addressing contemporary content analysis.

The seminar, from 2:30 to 4 p.m. in Room 2145 of Schneider Hall, will feature presentations by three WMU faculty members and one industry representative. Those making presentations, their job title and presentation topic are:

Dr. JoAnn Atkin, WMU assistant professor of marketing, "Training Coders for Classic Content Analysis."

Dr. Tim Palmer, WMU associate professor of management, "The Application of DICTION to Content Analysis Research in Strategic Management."

Dr. Sime Curkovic, WMU professor of management, "Using NuDist to Analyze Interview Data."

Stacey Penna of QSR International, "Second Generation Content Software: NVivo7 and X-Sight."
