Guest artist Steven Copes will perform with USOJan. 21, 2007 KALAMAZOO--The University Symphony Orchestra will perform with guest violinist Steven Copes, concertmaster of the St. Paul Chamber Orchestra, at 3 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 4, in Miller Auditorium at Western Michigan University. Admission is free of charge and open to the public. The performance, which will be led by Bruce J. Uchimura, WMU professor of music, will include selections by Johannes Brahms, Franz Liszt and Nikolai Rimsky-Korsakov, among others.
