Welcome 2014! It's another great year to be a Bronco!

It's the start of another year, and that means it's also the start of another semester here at Western. We're all glad to be back, fully rested and ready to go, after our three week holiday break. In addition to our break, we were lucky enough to receive two extra days off due to the wild "polar vortex" of arctic air that swept through the midwestern United States, bringing snow, ice and bitterly cold temperatures earlier this week. That being said, maybe "lucky" isn't the right way to describe that those days off, but either way, we're back and ready to go!

Our first weekly team meeting of the semester will be held tomorrow evening, Thursday, January 9th at 6:00 pm in room E-101 at the CEAS Parkview Campus. This is the same location as last semester, just a different day and time. All weekly team meetings for the Spring 2014 semester will take place at this time and location. We hope to see you there, all students are welcome!

With that, we would like to say thank you for reading, and continuing to support the Sunseeker Solar Car Project at Western Michigan University. Be on the lookout for another blog post tomorrow night, as we will have another exciting update on the progress of our ongoing deconstruction of the 2010 car. Stay tuned!
