Joseph Rasich is a study abroad specialist in the Haenicke Institute for Global Education. A native of Geneva, Ill., Rasich earned his bachelor's degree in international business and Spanish in May 2012 from Central Michigan University. Rasich also gained work experience at CMU, serving as a multicultural advisor and as a study abroad student assistant from 2010-12. During his studies at CMU, Rasich studied abroad three times. He completed a semester in Seville, Spain; a summer in Quito, Ecuador; and a summer in Hong Kong, China. Immediately following graduation he started working for Target as an executive team leader in logistics.
In the fall of 2013, Rasich left Target to pursue a master’s degree in international business from Hult International Business School in Shanghai, China. He spent eight months in Shanghai before rotating to additional Hult campuses in Dubai, UAE and Boston. In his spare time Rasich likes to pursue his interests of running, tennis, traveling, reading, and studying foreign language. He considers himself proficient in Spanish and a beginner in Mandarin and French.
