Bronco express phone room outsourcing

To improve customer service under the constraints of limitations on technology infrastructure and challenges in staffing, the Bronco Express phone room services are being outsourced.  Incoming calls to the Bronco Express phone room will now be handled by an off-campus, professionally-staffed and trained call-center, CMD Outsourcing Services, located in Baltimore. The phone number will remain the same, 269-387-6000.  CMD Outsourcing Services will be able to assist with questions about financial aid, billing, payments, and other services that have previously been provided via phone by Bronco Express.

On-campus representatives in Bronco Express will still be available for face-to-face and walk-in visits.  Current service hours for both phone and walk-ins will remain 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Wednesday.

The WMU support team for the phone room outsourcing includes Barbara Banks and Stephen Doorlag in Bronco Express, and Pam Danielson, Jeremy Glefke and Terrell Hodge in the Faunce office.  If you have questions or concerns about this overall initiative, please contact Terrell; for questions about customer service, contact Barbara or Pam; for project-related security or IT related questions, please contact Jeremy.  Any concerns or service questions should be directed to the Financial Aid staff and they will be able to reach the corresponding team of project managers at CMD.
