International Advisory Board

The advisory board of the Richard Rawlinson Center at Western Michigan University meets annually at the International Congress on Medieval Studies and advises the center's director on the development of the center, the implementation of programs and the maintenance of international links. The cross-disciplinary nature of the board's membership reflects the commitment of the center to an interdisciplinary approach to the culture and history of early medieval England. The inclusion of a graduate representative is intended to improve the board’s engagement with early career scholars.

Call for Graduate Representatives

The Richard Rawlinson Center seeks applications from current graduate students to serve on the advisory board. The graduate representative to the board serves a two-year term and is expected to attend annual meetings during the International Congress on Medieval Studies, receiving free registration to the Congress in exchange. Applications are due April 24, 2024.
