Conference, Breakout Room or Lobby Reservation in Sangren Hall

Reserve a conference, breakout room or lobby in Sangren Hall.
Please allow 48 hours after making the reservation for it to be processed.

In accordance with the Michigan Cottage Food Law, we are no longer able to allow groups/organizations to sell all types of open food products in the building. Beginning Fall 2016 only pre-packaged foods will be allowed (i.e. cookies, brownies, candy, as long as they are individually packaged). Please be specific when completing your reservation. Rooms and areas
For faculty and staff only. These rooms will be accessible through a swipe card. You will need to reserve these rooms in advance.
For faculty, staff and students. These rooms will be unlocked Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Students are not allowed to reserve breakout rooms after 5 p.m. You may reserve the room for meetings in advance. You will need to come to the Office of the Dean to get a key for the room if your meeting takes place after normal working hours.
