KALAMAZOO—Graduation regalia—a traditional black cap and gown—is required for all participants in Western Michigan University's commencement ceremonies. Students graduating in December can enjoy a 20 percent discount on rental regalia, as well as diploma frames, alumni clothing and souvenirs during the two-day Grad Fair sale from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday, Nov. 13-14 in Textbook Alley on the lower level of the Bernhard Center.

Regalia may also be rented online at wmich.edu/regalia or by phone at (269) 387-3930 or (800) 922-6794. The 20 percent discount is available on phone and online orders Tuesday, Nov. 13, through Friday, Nov. 16. Following the Grad Fair, rental regalia will be available at full price online or at Textbook Alley through Saturday, Dec. 15.
