Sarah Hughes co-founded Yai’s Thai and serves as the COO of the company. She also heads up the marketing initiatives and development of brand identity. After receiving a Bachelor of Arts in cultural anthropology from the University of Colorado-Boulder, Hughes worked in the non-profit sector before making the leap into entrepreneurship. Alongside co-founder Leland Copenhagen, she has grown Yai’s Thai from a concept to a nationally distributed natural foods brand in a few short years. Yai’s Thai is now ranked the No. 5 brand in the Asian category.
