Technology Questions
Send an email to eup-it@wmich.edu. The subject line should indicate your location, room #, and the issue (e.g. SW 2400 projector lamp out). Indicate in the body of the email additional information about the problem (if necessary), and whether the issue was already resolved by on-site staff.
Completing this step helps ensure that regional location technology is maintained in optimal condition and that training needs are also met.
During Semester:
8 a.m. to 8 p.m. (Monday through Thursday)

Computer lab is available during building hours
All outside doors lock at 8 p.m. regardless of how late building has courses running.
During Semester:

In case of a tornado warning, staff will blow warning horns and you will be asked to move to tornado shelters per maps located in each classroom.
Weather Closure: Closures will be announced on www.wmich.edu/southwest; WNDU TV-16, WSBT TV-22 and radio includes WHFB, WCSY - FM 103.7, WIRX- FM 107; WSJM - FM 94.9/AM 1400; WYTX - FM 98.3 nad WCXT - FM 97.5. The closures will follow Lake Michigan College Napier closings and will not follow Kalamazoo closings.
Office space is available in the first floor office suite for grading papers, meeting with students, etc. Faculty assigned to regional locations or faculty that teach more than two courses at a location may request an office. Office will be assigned as space allows.
Mailboxes are located in the first floor office suite area, Room 1209. All instructors are provided a mailbox.
Parking is free and adjacent to the building.
Copy machines are available at each regional location. If a copy code is required please contact a staff member at this location.
