Conference Room, Breakout Room or Lobby Reservation in Sangren Hall

Please note: Reservations must be made 48 hours in advance.

Reserve a conference room, breakout room or lobby in Sangren Hall.

In accordance with the Michigan Cottage Food Law, we are no longer able to allow groups/organizations to sell all types of open food products in the building. Beginning fall 2016, only pre-packaged foods will be allowed (e.g. cookies, brownies, candy, as long as they are individually packaged). Please be specific when completing your reservation. Rooms and areas
For faculty and staff only. These rooms will be accessible through a swipe card. You will need to reserve these rooms in advance.
For faculty, staff and students to use for studying or business meeting space. These rooms will be unlocked each semester (hours will vary depending on building hours). Friday’s hours are 8:00 – 4:30 p.m. Closed on the weekends. These rooms are on a first-come, first-serve basis but can be reserved by completing the form.
