General Information

All students approved to participate in the June 2017 Commencement Ceremonies are required to present a Student Admission ticket to be admitted to the ceremony and participate in the procession.

All other guests - including family members and children (regardless of age) must have a ticket to enter Miller Auditorium. We regret restricting admittance to the ceremony, but seating in Miller Auditorium is limited. All seats are general admission.

Guests without tickets may view the ceremony on a large screen in Brown Hall, room 2028.

Reserving tickets

Students who are approved to participate in the June 2017 Commencement Ceremonies will be eligible to receive up to six (6) guest tickets. The Student Admission Ticket does not count toward a graduate's guest ticket allotment. Eligible graduates will be able to reserve tickets online using their Bronco NetID and password through June 14.

Reserve Commencement Tickets

Please note: Tickets that are not reserved by June 14 will be donated to the extra ticket pool and will no longer be available.

Graduates who did not reserve their tickets by June 14 will have the opportunity to request two tickets beginning June 19 through June 21 using the above link. Tickets requested between June 19 and June 21 are not guaranteed.

No ticket requests will be accepted after June 21.

Extra tickets

Graduates who reserved their tickets before June 14 may request up to two additional tickets from June 19 through June 21. Additional tickets will be available while quantities last on a first come, first served basis.

Ticket Distribution and Use

After completing the ticket reservation process, graduates will receive a confirmation email that will include a link to the tickets. Commencement tickets may be printed and distributed or shared electronically with guests.

Electronic tickets are generated with a unique identifier that is traceable back to the student who requested them. Because of this feature, they can be printed multiple times. However, tickets can only be scanned once. Duplicate tickets with the same bar code will be denied entrance after the first ticket has been scanned.
