Request Role Change

Use this form to add, remove or change a section role assignment for someone who already has a CMS account. To request access for someone who does not currently have a CMS account in any section, use the Request Training form.

The name of the user whose role should be changed.
The network login name. Do not enter the user's password or WIN.
The sections in which the user's role should be changed. Please use the format wmich.edu/section.
