Congratulations! Rozelle earns more hardware at World transplant games

Retired accountancy professor and 2001 recipient of a donor heart, Dave Rozelle competed recently in the 2015 World Transplant Games in Mar del Plata, Argentina. This year 800 athletes from 44 countries participated. Rozelle entered four events¬†and medaled in all—two bronze, a silver and a gold having entered the 5k,¬†200m, 400m and 800m events. "At 77 I was the second oldest in the over 70 age group, which has very few athletes, so sometimes the mere fact that you can run the event is enough to medal." This is Rozelle's third trip to the games, and he is already making plans for the 2017 games in Malaga, Spain.
