Account distribution procedure

If you are a faculty or staff member interested in using iWebfolio with students that you work within your course, department or program, please review the following account distribution guidelines:

The use of iWebfolio is limited to programs at WMU who would like to use this software as a data collection tool for documenting evidence of student learning outcomes. All students enrolled within programs that request it will be provided with what is called an 'owner' account free of charge while they are enrolled at WMU. The accounts will be renewed yearly and up through one year following program completion to enable the use of the portfolios in seeking employment, if so desired. These accounts include 500 MB of storage space.

Reviewer accounts are supplied free of charge to all interested faculty and staff. These accounts can also be set up to be a combined reviewer/owner account for those faculty and staff who request it. The combined owner accounts include 20 MB of storage space.

To set up a reviewer account, to request owner accounts for your students, or if you have any questions, please contact Karen Stokes Chapo at: karen.stokeschapo@wmich.edu
