Great Lakes Transfer
Michael Dunbar
In honor of that building opening, we invited internationally known sculptor Michael Dunbar to be Sculpture Tour's first guest curator. Michael choose four other sculptors to exhibit with him in the new space.
Dunbar's sculpture, titled "Great Lakes Transfer", was fabricated at K & M Machine Fabricating Inc. in Cassopolis, Mich. The piece weighs 18000 pounds, and is constructed from one-inch thick steel plate.
