The regional centers are having issues with receiving and placing calls from and to non WMU phone numbers.  Calls received and placed from and to other WMU phone numbers are working normally.  Technicians are working to correct the issue.

The WMU Grand Rapids Regional Center is experiencing some network issues.  Technicians are working to correct the issue as soon as possible.

UPDATE 2 - All network issues on the Kalamazoo campus have been resolved. Technicians are still working to fully restore service to regional sites.

UPDATE 
- The wireless network is beginning to come back online.

A network outage began at approximately 2:20pm this afternoon that is affecting both wireless and wired connections across campus. We are beginning to see improvements, but network functionality is not yet fully restored.

Regional centers are currently experiencing an issue with inbound calls. Administrators are aware of the issue and currently working to resolve it. Questions should be directed to the Help Desk at (269) 387-4357, option 1.
