We've identified a recent change that may have resulted in impact to multiple Microsoft 365 services. We've reverted the change and services are recovering.

Users may see impact to Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, Outlook.com, and SharePoint Online/OneDrive for Business.

We are currently receiving reports of various issues with W-Exchange, including the responsiveness of Outlook, Teams and more. We have learned that this is impacting other Microsoft Office 365 customers globally, and are awaiting status updates from the vendor that will be shared as they are received.
