We are currently experiencing issues when trying to make toll free phone calls from on campus phone numbers. Our technicians are aware of the issue and working to resolve this issue.

Microsoft 365 (W-Exchange) issuesResolved

UPDATE at 6pm: The mitigation update has finished its deployment, and Microsoft 365 services should slowly start returning to normal. We will continue to monitor service availability.

UPDATE at 5:30pm: Microsoft is currently rolling out a mitigation worldwide. We should begin seeing recovery at this time, and we anticipate full remediation within 60 minutes.

UPDATE at 4:40pm: Microsoft has now expanded the outage to several other Office 365 services. This includes but is not limited to Microsoft Teams, Forms, Exchange Online (email), Intune and Yammer. We are continuing to monitor the situation.

Microsoft is currently reporting issues with Microsoft Teams, which may impact authentication and notification delivery. Microsoft has identified the issue and is working to revert the change that is causing the issue.









Issues loading wmich.edu web pages (RESOLVED)Resolved

We experienced a brief outage with our primary web server, which affected web pages on wmich.edu along with any services also hosted on that system. This issue has been resolved. Questions may be directed to the Technology Help Desk at (269) 387-4357.

Sonic foundry is reporting that mediasite is currently experiencing issues with video playback:

A subset of customers may be experiencing errors in playback and unable to load Mediasite pages. We have identified the issue and are actively working to resolve it.
