We are currently experiencing authentication issues with IT Direct Service Management System. Technicians are aware and are working to resolve the issue.

Some users may experience issues viewing cable television as maintenance is still being preformed following the scheduled outage on 2/14. Technicians are aware and working to resolve the issue. The online television streaming service Xfinity On Campus is unaffected. We are currently experiencing issues with incoming calls to the Regional centers and our Battle Creek Airport.
Our technicians are working on this issue.

Issues with Embedded Mediasite Videos in ElearningResolved

We are currently experiencing issues with embedded Mediasite videos in Elearning. Technicians are aware and are working on resolving the issue.

A temporary fix fo this, until it is resolved, is to go to the Elearning Home page and click on the "My Media Site" link. After the "My Media Site" interface loads, you can go back to your course and the videos will play correctly.
