Cisco has reported users being unable to connect to audio in Webex. Cisco is currently working on resolving the issue.

Cisco is reporting global service issues with Webex that are impacting its customers including Western Michigan University. Issues being reported at WMU are intermittent at the moment.

Due to an issue on the side of the vendor Cognos is currently unavailable. Technicians have a support ticket in with the vendor.

UPDATE: This issue appears to be isolated to GoWMU. Services such as Elearning and W-Exchange can still be accessed via the links below.

UPDATE: Technicians continue to investigate these issues. The problem has been identified as network-related, and as a result other authenticated services may be impacted as well. We will continue to provide updates as they are received.
