UPDATE 12/7 @3:15pm: Per the vendor, system reliability is improving significantly, however, some functionality may still be limited as Amazon works to fully restore service. We will continue to provide updates as they become available.

UPDATE 12/7 @11:50am: Users may also experience issues loading various other elements of Elearning, such as the Dropbox, in addition to assessments using the Respondus Lockdown Browser. It has been determined that the root cause of the issue is a global outage with AWS (Amazon Web Services). Amazon is working to restore service, which will resolve issues impacting our environment. We will continue to provide updates as they become available.

We are currently experiencing issues loading the My Courses widget on the Elearning home page. You may also see an error at the top of the Home page "Oops! Something went wrong. Refresh and try again."

Our vendor is aware of the issue and actively working to resolve it. In the meantime, you may still access your course list by clicking the Course Selector button (grid of 9 squares) along the top of the Elearning window.

Kronos is currently unavailable due to an unexpected system outage. Administrators are working to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.


W-Exchange redirect URL currently unavailableResolved

We are currently experiencing issues with our redirect URL wexchange.wmich.edu. You can still access W-Exchange by navigating to https://office.com, if you are not already signed in, you will need to click the Sign In button. All W-Exchange services, such as email, calendar, etc are unaffected by this issue.

Administrators are working to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.




Network Issues - Friedmann HallResolved

UPDATE 10/4 @ 7:50pm: As of 7pm this evening, service to WMUK has been restored. Outstanding network issues in Friedmann Hall will be resolved first thing tomorrow morning.

We are currently experiencing network issues in Friedmann hall as a result of a power issue localized to a network closet, which is impacting the functionality of wireless and wired data connections in the area in addition to the WMUK radio station. Technicians are onsite conducting repairs.
