W-Exchange Intermittent OutageResolved

Microsoft is currently experiencing intermittent issues with Outlook causing W-Exchange to be inaccessible for some users. Microsoft is aware of the problem and working to resolve it. Questions can be directed to the Help Desk at (269) 387-4357.


Outage - Authentication IssuesResolved

UPDATE: Per the vendor, these issues are attributed to the substantial increase in utilization over the past week due to the distance education trend of their customers. They are working diligently to increase server capacity to reduce the impact of this unanticipated change.

MediaSite has reported intermittent issues within the Mediasite Video Cloud environment, and that they are investigating. Users may experience playback issues, issues with live streaming, and inability to log into the Management Portal and other applications.
