Qualtrics is currently experiencing issues with their cloud services, which is interrupting service for all of their customers (not just Western Michigan University). We are communicating with the vendor to restore service as quickly as possible.

Our internet service provider is currently experiencing connectivity issues affecting our Grand Rapids Cherry Street location. The vendor is actively investigating the issue.

For around thirty minutes there was an issue where some users attempting to visit wmich.edu and associated sites were receiving an 'error 503' message. The issue has since been resolved and services working again. If you are still receiving this error please clear your cache and try again.

Update: This issue is affecting some network connectivity and servers across campus.

WMU Login services are experiencing issues due to a power outage. IT staff are working to resolve the issue and restore services as quickly as possible.
