Unable to change PIN in W-Exchange Voicemail Web Inbox

Users are currently unable to change their W-Exchange Voicemail PIN using the W-Exchange Web Inbox. Users may still change their PIN using the W-Exchange Voicemail phone interface or by contacting their Telecommunications Service Representative at wmich.edu/it/servicereps

There is currently an issue with single sign on preventing some users from accessing Payment and Account Information through GoWMU. Technicians are aware and working to resolve the issue. Questions should be directed to the Technology Help Desk at (269) 387-4357.
