We are experiencing issues authenticating with Duo Two Factor when using the phone call method. Push authentication is still working.
Starting Feb. 1, the "Call Me" option for two-factor authentication will no longer be available. Please start using "Duo Push" the recommended authentication method. If you are currently using the "Call Me" option, please contact your LAN Manager for information on converting to a key fob (hardware token). Two-factor authentication, or 2FA, is now available to all enrolled students. 2FA provides an extra layer of security when logging in with your Bronco NetID. It requires something you know—your password—along with something you have—your mobile device—when logging in to GoWMU, Elearning and more. Beginning Jan. 22, 2020, 2FA will be required for all enrolled students. At that time, you will be required to enroll before you may log in.

Beginning Jan. 22 students will be required to use two-factor authentication (2FA) as part of the WMU Login process. 2FA is an extra layer of security that helps protect personal and financial information by sending a notification to your mobile device so that you may verify that it is you logging in. Students - take a few minutes to enroll now in 2FA so that you are not disrupted on Jan. 22.
