It Direct will be intermittently unavailable Saturday September 8 at Noon to Noon on Sunday September 9 due to a system update. Please contact the Technology Help Desk by email at if you experience issues after the scheduled outage time.

The OIT Project Management Office will be performing scheduled maintenance on the IT Direct Test server Wednesday, Nov. 21. There will be periodic downtime from 9 a.m.-5 p.m.

Emails sent to the ITDirect email address are not currently creating Work Orders. Please manually create Work Orders at Technicians are working to resolve the issue. TH
