W-Exchange Attachment Downloading Issue

We are currently experiencing W-Exchange authentication issues due to a problem on Microsoft's end. Microsoft engineers are investigating the issue and working to resolve it. Questions can be directed to the Help Desk at (269) 387-4357.


Issues with "Try the new Outlook" option when accessing email through the web

If users run into issues with the "Try the new Outlook" option, which is a visual change to the web-based inbox, switching back to the old appearance can be done by clicking the New Outlook button and following the prompt to switch back. Direct questions to the Help Desk at (269) 387-4357.

Update: Examples of issues users may experience are missing shared calendars, and missing rooms in the calendar scheduler.
