There is currently an issue that has caused some user's W-Exchange password to be randomized. If you are able to log into GoWMU but not W-Exchange then you will need to change your password at https://changepassword.wmich.edu/wmu/main using your Bronco Net ID and current password. This issue will prevent Faculty and Staff from signing on to work machines that use Active Directory until the password has been changed.
All WMU students, faculty and staff should now have access to Teams in W-Exchange. Teams is a collaboration tool with chat, content, mailing lists and other tools. You may access it by clicking the Teams icon in W-Exchange. http://wmich.edu/wexchange/teams. Questions may be directed to the Technology Help Desk at (269) 387-4357, option 1.
UPDATE: Microsoft has acknowledged the issue and is currently investigating.
We've had reports that some users are unable to view files in both OneDrive and SharePoint. Microsoft has not acknowledged any issues but technicians have been notified.
Microsoft is currently experiencing issues with Office 365 sign-in, which may affect the ability to log into W-Exchange. Technicians are currently working with Microsoft to resolve the issue.
