W-Exchange login page issuesResolved

Microsoft is currently experiencing technical issues which may prevent access to the W-Exchange login page. Microsoft is aware of the issue and working to resolve the problem. This issue only affects W-Exchange access via the web, email access using an email client will continue to function as normal. Questions, or problems, should be directed to the Technology Help Desk at (269) 387-4357, option 1.


W-Exchange Time zone Resolved

Microsoft is aware of the issue and working to resolve the problem.This issue only affects W-Exchange on the web, email clients are not effected.Questions should be directed to the Technology Help Desk at (269) 387-4357, option 1.


OneDrive shared items not appearing

We have received reports of OneDrive shared items not appearing under the “Shared with me” link in OneDrive. Microsoft has triggered a “crawl” (reindexing) of the entire wmich.edu OneDrive tenant (all user accounts) which should resolve the issue. Microsoft has informed us that the crawl may take a few days to complete.

Some users are experiencing issues logging in to W-Exchange (ADFS). Technicians are aware of the issue and are working to resolve it.

Multiple phishing attempts are being received by members of the campus community. Some are appearing to be from wmich.edu accounts and/or signed by the Office of Information Technology IT Help Desk.
