OneDrive shared items not appearing

We have received reports of OneDrive shared items not appearing under the “Shared with me” link in OneDrive. Microsoft has triggered a “crawl” (reindexing) of the entire wmich.edu OneDrive tenant (all user accounts) which should resolve the issue. Microsoft has informed us that the crawl may take a few days to complete.

Some users are experiencing issues logging in to W-Exchange (ADFS). Technicians are aware of the issue and are working to resolve it.

Multiple phishing attempts are being received by members of the campus community. Some are appearing to be from wmich.edu accounts and/or signed by the Office of Information Technology IT Help Desk. Problems sending and receiving WMU emails using iOS11Resolved

UPDATE: The issue has been resolved in iOS 11.0.1.

There is an issue with the built-in mail application on iOS 11 that prevents sending and receiving WMU emails. Microsoft and Apple are working to resolve the problem. As a work around, Microsoft recommends downloading and using the Outlook for iOS app.
