Some users are also receiving busy signals when they are sent to Voicemail. Technicians are looking into it.
Some users may be experiencing issues with a false voicemail notification light. Technicians are aware of the issue and are working to resolve it.

Users are currently unable to change their W-Exchange Voicemail PIN using the W-Exchange Web Inbox. Users may still change their PIN using the W-Exchange Voicemail phone interface or by contacting their Telecommunications Service Representative at

New W-Exchange Voicemail Updates

The Office of Information Technology has been working diligently on transitioning the campus to the new W-Exchange Voicemail system. Many departments have already started using the new voicemail system and others are queued for the transition. This transition requires a collaborative departmental audit of phone service by OIT and a department representative such as a business manager, LAN manager or administrative assistant.
