Trouble Ticket Manager

UPDATE: The Trouble Ticket Manager will continue operations as normal instead of being unavailable on Sunday, April 6th. More information will be posted as it becomes available. 

The Trouble Ticket Manager will be unavailable from 8 a.m.  to 12:30 p.m. on Sunday April 6th. If you have questions or concerns please contact the Help Desk at (269)387-4357 option 1.

GoWMU as well as Appworx, Banner, Cognos, Degreeworks, ImageNow, ODS/EDW, Resource 25, ImageNow, PeopleSoft HR, PeopleSoft FS, and Kronos will be unavailable from 5 a.m. until noon on Sunday, May 4. Elearning will be available directly at elearning.wmich.edu and Webmail Plus will be available at webmail.wmich.edu. Questions, or problems, should be directed to the Help Desk at (269) 387-4357, option 1. 


Windows XP

As of April 8, 2014, Microsoft will no longer support and update Windows XP. Even though your Windows XP computer will continue to work, it could now become more vulnerable as security patches will no longer be available. For more information, please see wmich.edu/it/newswindowsxp
