We are currently experiencing issues with access to Image Now. Our technicians are working on the issue.

UPDATE 2: Network connections to Banner, Cognos and Degreeworks have been restored and these systems should now be fully functional. Technicians continue to investigate the connections to ImageNow.
UPDATE: Network connection to these servers has gone offline again.
Network connections to the servers supporting Banner, Cognos, ImageNow, and Degreeworks were down for a short period this morning. This issue is now resolved. Users are recommended to clear their browser's cache if connection issues to these applications are persistent.

Imagenow and Webnow will be unavailable May 17-20

Imagenow and Webnow will be taken offline starting Friday, May 17 at noon for upgrades. Those systems will not be available again until Monday, May 20 at 8 a.m. Starting Monday, May 20 you will be able to access Webnow by visiting, please make sure to update your bookmarks. Direct questions to the Help Desk at (269) 387-4357.
