UPDATE 2: Network connections to Banner, Cognos and Degreeworks have been restored and these systems should now be fully functional. Technicians continue to investigate the connections to ImageNow.

Network connections to the servers supporting Banner, Cognos, ImageNow, and Degreeworks were down for a short period this morning. This issue is now resolved. Users are recommended to clear their browser's cache if connection issues to these applications are persistent.
Imagenow and Webnow will be taken offline starting Friday, May 17 at noon for upgrades. Those systems will not be available again until Monday, May 20 at 8 a.m. Starting Monday, May 20 you will be able to access Webnow by visiting imaging.wmich.edu, please make sure to update your bookmarks.
