The downtime for "several online systems" scheduled for Sunday morning has been canceled.

Several online services including Banner, BDBP, Degree Works, BDWP, Banner ODS, BODP, ImageNow and INOWDBT will be unavailable between 4 and 8 a.m. on Sunday, July 10. Because these systems will be going up and down at various times, it is suggested you refrain from using them during this time period. Questions should be directed to the Help Desk at (269) 387-4357, option 1.


ImageNow and PeopleSoft unavailable August 28

WebNow and ImageNowResolved

We experienced a brief outage with the WebNow and ImageNow service beginning yesterday evening. Technicians resolved the issue after a restart of the server.

GoWMU will be unavailable from 4:30 to 9:30 a.m. on Sunday, Nov. 6 These other systems will be unavailable at varying times between 4:30 and noon that day: Banner INB, Banner SSB, Banner Workflow, Appworx, Cognos, Degreeworks, PeopleSoft HR and Financials, Resource 25, ODS/EDW, Imagenow and Kronos. It is recommended you refrain from using these systems during the 4:30 am. to noon time period to prevent work from being lost. Questions should be directed to the Technology Help Desk at (269) 387-4357, option 1.
