We are currently experiencing networking issues in Floyd Hall (Parkview - CEAS). This is affecting both internet and phone connectivity. Technicians are working to resolve the issue.


Phone Service Unavailable 5-10 minutes the morning of June 17

Campus phone service will be unavailable June 17 starting at 6 a.m. The outage will last 5-10 minutes and only affect VoiP phone devices. Please direct questions to the Help Desk at (269) 387-4357.

Voice over IP Desk phone "Do Not Move This Device!" stickers have been distributed to business managers and LAN managers. These stickers highlight WMU's telephone instrument relocation requirements. Unable to change PIN in W-Exchange Voicemail Web InboxResolved

Users are currently unable to change their W-Exchange Voicemail PIN using the W-Exchange Web Inbox. Users may still change their PIN using the W-Exchange Voicemail phone interface or by contacting their Telecommunications Service Representative at wmich.edu/it/servicereps
