There is currently a network outage on the first floor of the Student Recreation Center. This is effecting both the Ethernet and phones, however the wireless networks are still accessible. Regional Centers are currently experiencing issues when receiving or placing telephone calls. Our technicians are aware of it and are working on the issue. Please contact the Help Desk (269) 387-4357 if you have questions or concerns.

Caller ID on local outbound calls may display as "Board of Trustees" rather than "Western Michigan University". This is an issue with our telephone provider. They are aware of the issue and working to resolve it. Questions should be directed to the Technology Help Desk at (269) 387-4357, option 1.

We are currently experiencing issues receiving and placing calls between WMU regional centers (including the Battle Creek Airport) and off campus phones. Technicians have notified the telephone provider and they are working to resolve the issue.
