RESOLVED: GoWMU authentication issues have been resolved. If you are still experiencing issues accessing GoWMU, please clear your web browser cache. If you need assistance clearing your browser cache, please contact the OIT Help Desk at (269) 387-4357 option 1.

We are currently experiencing issues logging into GoWMU. Technicians are aware of the issue and are working to resolve it. Users are still able to access Webmail and Elearning at their respective links below. Questions can be forwarded to the Help Desk at (269) 387-4357 option 1.

If you receive an access denied error on GoWMU, please try clearing your web browser cache. If you would like assistance clearing your web browser cache, please contact the help desk at (269) 387-4357, option 1.

GoWMU as well as Appworx, Banner, Cognos, Degreeworks, ImageNow, ODS/EDW, Resource 25, ImageNow, PeopleSoft HR, PeopleSoft FS, and Kronos will be unavailable beginning at 5 a.m. on Sunday,Nov. 2. GoWMU should be available by 10 a.m. with the other systems available by 2 p.m. Elearning will be available directly at https://elearning.wmich.edu and Webmail Plus will be available at https://webmail.wmich.edu. Questions, or problems, should be directed to the Help Desk at (269) 387-4357, option 1. 

GoWMU as well as Appworx, Banner, Cognos, ODS/EDW and Resource 25,  will be unavailable from 5 to 9:30 a.m. and  Degreeworks, ImageNow, PeopleSoft HR, PeopleSoft FS, and Kronos will be unavailable from 8 a.m. until noon on Sunday, Feb. 8.  Elearning will be available directly at elearning.wmich.edu and Webmail Plus will be available at webmail.wmich.edu. Questions, or problems, should be directed to the Help Desk at (269) 387-4357, option 1. 

Earlier this morning we experienced some intermittent issues with the GoWMU login. Technicians corrected these issues as of 8:35 am this morning, and any users still experiencing these problems should contact the Help Desk at (269) 387-4357.
